3. You understand and agree that any content posted on agoraclub.com is the exclusive responsibility of the person who posted it, and that you will be solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the service of agoraclub.com

You acknowledge and you agree that agoraclub.com is not responsible for, does not control, does not endorse and does not verify the content posted to the service or available through the service, and that it makes no guarantee regarding the reliability, accuracy, legitimacy or quality of any such content.

5. You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the community areas any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. You are responsible for determining that such material is not protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.

6. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or any other harm resulting from any uploading, posting or submission.

7. You understand and you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our sponsors.

8. You may not select or use a member name or e-mail address of another person.

9. Members can register and start for FREE. To activate their account, they MUST click on the activation link sent in their mailbox after registration.

10. When Members register for the first time, for FREE, they receive 2500 FREE credits. They also receive 2 levels in their Affiliate program downline.

11. When Members register as PRO Basic, and pay $ 8.00 for a period of 30 days, they receive 5,000 FREE credits. They also receive 4 levels in their Affiliate program downline.

12. When Members register as PRO SILVER, and pay $ 12.00 for a period of 30 days, they receive 10,000 FREE credits. They also receive 6 levels in their Affiliate program downline.

13. When Members register as PRO GOLD, and pay $ 19.00 for a period of 30 days, they receive 20,000 FREE credits. They also receive 8 levels in their Affiliate program downline.

14. When Members register as PRO PLATINUM, and pay $ 29.00 for a period of 30 days, they receive 40,000 FREE credits. They also receive 10 levels in their Affiliate program downline !

15. All Members of Agoraclub.com can buy additional credits and extra banners.

16. Members can withdraw the money that they won from their Affiliates downline, at any time, minimum $ 5.00 - $ 1.00 withdrawal fee, or they can use this money to upgrade to PRO or to buy extra credits or extra banners.
We also charge a monthly small amount of $ 0.25 storage fee on all accounts that have enough money to pay for it.

17. Agoraclub.com accepts payments from PrincessCard, e-gold, Moneybookers, 2checkout and alertpay. These payment systems can change or can be limited, depending on the Country from where the Members are originated.

18. A variable list of a few countries are not allowed to register, for legal and security reasons.

19. Fees. There are no fees when a Member pays to upgrade to PRO, to renew his PRO Membership, or to buy additional credits or extra banners. When they withdraw, we charge a fix amount of $ 1.00 as withdrawal fee.

20. Affiliate program. Agoraclub.com offers a 10 levels commissions in 2 parts : one part to receive FREE credits : we offer a 10 levels commissions downline for all the Members categories and one part to receive CASH BONUSES. For this second part, the number of levels depends on the Membership's category, the number can be from 2 to 10 levels - read more details in our Affiliate program.

21. For privacy reasons, the e-mails of the affiliates must remain confidential and are not shown to their sponsors.

22. E-mails. It is very important to have a valid e-mail in your profile. If the mailbox of a player appears to fail, the Member cannot validate his registration. If it appears to fail later, Agoraclub.com will lock the Member's account as long he doens't send a mail to confirm that he updated a valid mailbox.

23. A Member is NOT allowed to open several accounts, even for other members of his family, at the same address, or with the same IP or mailbox. It would be considered as a FRAUD and his account will be removed without any discussion and any refund. We have several tools to control this rule and we will apply it automatically, at any time, whithout notice.

24. All payments made by Agoraclub Members to our site are final, non-refundable nor non-cancelable once they are accepted by our site. In case of cancellation of a payment for any reason, we must charge back the distributed amounts from the Sponsors accounts who received a part of this removed payments.

25. All sites are not accepted to be published on Agoraclub : no erotic sites, no violence, religious, no sites promoting tobacco and alcohol, no popus, popins, exit popups, and all systems that trouble our system, like frame breakers. About rotators: we accept publicity about rotators but for a better control of the content of the pages, we don't accept the use of sites rotators in Agoraclub. Anyway, Agoraclub reserves the right to accept or refuse any site without any explanation or justification and without notice.

26. Members accept to receive regular information e-mails and news from our site and our partner's sites. You agree that it cannot be considered as spamming. The fact to refuse our e-mails will have the automatic effect, for this Member, to be removed from our site.

27. SPAMMING. We have a zero tolerance for spamming. If a Member violates our Spam Policy, his account will be deactivated immediately without notice and without any refund.

28. Agoraclub.com reserves the right to modify its rules at any moment, without prior notice.

29. All members must be 18 years or more to be allowed to register to www.agoraclub.com.

30. All these articles come into power immediately and with retroactive effect for the operations in progress.
